Who is PureLuxe For?

PureLuxe is designed for frequent luxury travellers who want the best possible travel planning and the highest levels of luxury. The typical PureLuxe Member flys first or business class as default and enjoys staying at top chains such as the Four Seasons and Dorchester Collection. 

How Much will it Cost?

PureLuxe charges and annual fee of Rs 20,000 per member, with full usage for spouses and domestic partners. However we feel the added value provided by PureLuxe recover this fee for frequent travellers and end up saving our members much more over the course of a year. 

What are the Benefits?

PureLuxe offers Members an end to end travel planning service, all managed by a dedicated Travel Designer. This system is designed to ensure the most seamless, efficient, cost effective method of travel. In addition to this by our estimates members get value added benefits in excess of $ 260 per two night booking at our Preferred Partner hotels. For frequent travellers this as well as our specialized flight fares and other travel services creates value well in excess of the annual fee. 

Is PureLuxe a Concierge

No, PureLuxe is a Members only Travel and Lifestyle Service. However through our global partners and third party tie ups, we offer concierge services to our Members. The benefit of this is that all concierge services are fully integrated with member's travel plans. While this may sound like a small detail, it could be the difference between catching that exclusive event live versus watching it on TV from your hotel room. 

How Do I Book Through PureLuxe?

Each member will be assigned a dedicated Travel Designer upon enrolling in PureLuxe. Bookings can be made by calling your Travel Designer, via email, or by filling out the response request on the Contact us Page. Our response time is usually within 30 minutes during business hours. 

Do you plan events and group trips?

Yes! Our team has vast amounts of experience, know how and relationships to plan events both in Mumbai and around the globe. We also plan and execute group travel requests for both corporate and individual members. However for events or groups with a large logistical and/or planning element, PureLuxe may charge a management fee. 

Do you charge booking fees? 

In most cases PureLuxe has a no booking fees policy. However in two cases we do charge fees.

1. Economy Class or Domestic Air Ticket Bookings- Our speciality lies in first and business class international bookings and our purchasing is designed to optimise our rates on this. As a end to end travel service provider we still provide these services for members but do require a fee to offset the costs.

2. Highly complex or Large group Trips- For trips, events and groups with a large planning and logistical element, PureLuxe may charge a management fee. However for this fee we ensure we add a large value and create personalized special experiences for members, and handle every aspect of the travel. This fee is not charged for regular flight, hotel and light multi destination trips. 

Can I get a Company or Group Membership?

Company's and firms signing up on behalf of their senior executives is a large part of our model. These members get access to many value added benefits and assistance planning their frequent, often complex trips that company travel desks just cant keep up with. Our travel designers are specially trained to work with corporate travel desk and Executive assistants to ensure smooth planning and execution. Our corporate memberships also have unified billing accounts and can be linked with BTA's offered by banks for credit. 

Can I Refer a Friend?

We strongly believe in Word of Mouth as the best possible endorsement and view referral as a key method of building our member base. All referrals are tracked and we love rewarding our referring members with hotel credits and more!!
