Junior Operations Executive

Candidates will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' travel experiences are nothing short of extraordinary. You will assist in managing and nurturing relationships with our esteemed clients, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to the overall success of our luxury travel business.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Relationship Management:

    • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their preferences, needs, and expectations.

    • Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, or in-person meetings.

    • Ensure personalized service and attention to detail throughout the client journey.

  2. Travel Planning and Coordination:

    • Collaborate with Senior Client Servicing Executives to plan and customize luxury travel itineraries.

    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, excursions, and dining reservations.

    • Handle travel documentation and visa requirements as needed.

  3. Client Communication:

    • Keep clients informed about travel updates, changes, and any relevant information.

    • Provide clients with pre-trip and post-trip assistance, including travel tips, packing suggestions, and destination insights.

  4. Problem Solving:

    • Address and resolve client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless travel experience for clients.

  5. Sales Support:

    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and travel quotes for potential clients.

    • Work with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

  6. Documentation and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, travel itineraries, and payments.

    • Generate reports and analyses related to client feedback and travel trends.

Requirements-

  • Good verbal and written English skills.

  • A graduate degree is a must.

  • Computer Skills

  • MS Office & Google Workspace

  • Proficiency in any foreign language is a valuable bonus.

  • No Experince in Travel And Tourism Sector Required - Minimum 1 Year Commitment
